WELCOME to the St. Martin Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (OHSEP) website.  Our mission is to coordinate response to natural and man-made disasters, including acts of terrorism; to plan and prepare responsible programs for the protection of life and property; to direct, mobilize, coordinate, and determine utilization of resources; and to coordinate and direct restoration and recovery operations in the disaster area.
